I still haven’t finished reading the Koran – I’m on about the 5th page of a chronological arrangement, so that isn’t even my excuse.
I get the feeling if I knew more about them, I’d get a lot of, ‘Oh that’s why people think…” moments.
At least I can tell my Goal Monster: I’m up to Ezekiel in the annual chronological Bible reading, we are past the eyebrow raising parts (Have you ever heard a sermon from THAT bit of Ezekiel? Me neither.) I’m up to the dry bones. I’m so glad to be out of Lamentations for a while.
I like cheery books and happy but hard won endings – So why AM I getting curious about economics and philosophy? It’s either the Goal Monster or listening to Ravi Zacharias.
