Trick or Treat

So that’s how the costumes turned out.  I forgot to fit M’s mask on over his coat – turns out he needs a bigger coat anyway – so the fit wouldn’t have worked, and it is top heavy.  K doesn’t like the feel of her mask, or the fact that her wings don’t actually fly. She does think her mask is, “Cute cute!” though – I based it on some cute Asian dragon illustrations, but the snout got a bit …oh well, it is cute.  We couldn’t fit the TARDIS in the car to take it to Grandma’s neighbors, but Grandma herself got to see it.

B put on is serious hero face for the picture.

My hero, already carrying anything heavy or awkward.

  1. The Tardis reminds me of the year I made a robot for O, but the box was so big that when he tried to go down the front stairs, he tipped over and tumbled down the stairs. Thus, we lost the box, wrapped the rest of him in silver tape and called him the Tin Man instead.
