How do you ditch the guilt so you can enjoy your hobby and get your memories recorded in a cool way that lets you go shopping OR how do you keep your guilt so you can get your memories recorded and make progress (I’m teasing, no one actually does say that). Do you sort your supplies by color, manufacturer, shape, holiday, or by project? 12×12 or 8.5×11
If 6 year old boy’s had a forum, would they discuss:
How to keep your collection off the floor so Mom doesn’t vacuum it up.
How to organize the cool pieces so you can use them when you want to.
How to use pieces from cool sets without mourning the impossibility of keeping the cool set together (or as a little boy said to B at a Jr FLL Expo – how could you bear to take apart your Jedi Space Ship to make eye stalks for your snail? IT WAS A JEDI SPACE SHIP!)
Do you sort by shape or color?
Do you get your storage at IKEA (does your Mom get your storage at IKEA so she doesn’t vacuum up your pieces?)
Or would they sound like a JR FLL meeting – Cool! Hey! Mine! Gimmie! Oh, that’s cool, how did you do that? Ouch!
To which tired parents say – Time to pick up and go to the park now boys!
