Beowulf has been a hit.
We’ve drawn dragons
K asked Daddy to draw her a pet monster, named Tinky,
They’ve decorated Saxon axes and K is wearing a dragon broach today.
It’s hard to hold still when you are invading the kitchen.
My musings on our homeschool, coop, figuring out what my educational philosophy is anyway, and will I ever make curtains for the rest of the appartment?

Looks like fun! We read part of Beowulf this year as well.
Ours was a 45 page verse re-telling, including the woodcuts.
My son and I read the unabridged version of this book last year. We liked it, although my son said it was a “little bit scary.” :-)
Stopping by from the Carnival of Homeschooling 300th Edition. Stop by and say hi.
Yeah, lots of gory gusto.
Oh, what fun! I didn’t realize that Beowulf had dragons in it. Cool. We’re not that far in SOTW yet, but it all looks like so much fun!
My M complains if we don’t get to history on any one day…
