We are one sixth done with this year’s homeschool: sort of. Did we do everything? Nope. In fact, I forgot that I’d bought the tests for B’s algebra (and logic?) and never administered them. I cut down on B’s writing assignments, and skipped some of the Living Math activities, and the Story of the World ones (actually, I rarely get to them).
But, the point of my system is that the things we skip aren’t only at the end of the year.
Today I print lots of maps and math worksheets. Today I make B’s big picture check off chart, and the first week’s worth of daily check off charts. And since I finished the Halloween costumes, I don’t need to worry about them.
But first a bath.
