Paper Boats

No one is currently running a fever, though neither Dan nor I are exactly peppy.

I’ve been trying to start kitchen table school earlier-ish after turning off my computer so I will not be the distracto Mom. Also to get outside before sunset so we all stay healthy and chipper.

K has been developing paper boats.

I managed to protect the paper crafting/ art supply stash, but there are no newspapers in the apartment mailroom trash, because they have all become boats.

The location of the strings for launching were tricky so the boat landed right side up, and yet did not go broadside into the current.

I told her that lifeboat launches from high ships had the same problem, but we quickly outdistanced my navel understanding.
