K got to hold two 3 month old puppies on her lap while sipping free Del’s Lemonaid. The puppies were cold, so K scooped them up onto her lap and they fell asleep.
I got to show off how tall Ben was to the founder (who came down from his current home in Maine for the event). Everybody got to eat cake.
I listened to the speeches while weeding K’s garden, mostly of sorrel and purslane.
